Doughnut did not taste fresh. It was a little tough in texture. The doughnuts at the Cary and Raleigh locations were better. I pray that the quality of their doughnuts are not declining due to growth.

They usually bake their donuts fresh, and they're not too sweet. Saturdays can get busy, so they try to make enough, but you might want to get there before 10:30 am if you go then. A single donut is $1.35. I like chocolate, so I usually just get the chocolate raised ones. They're good! The service is friendly and quick, even when there's a line. If you want five, just get the half dozen for $6.99 – it's cheaper and you get an extra donut.

Baker's Dozen? More like Baker's Zero! My family and I were in the mood for donuts on a Friday morning, Baker's Dozen is a short drive away so I thought I'd satisfy our sweet-tooth and hop in the car and go get donuts. Boy, was I wrong! I arrive at 10:30 am, they were already closed! (NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!) The door was locked and the guy was inside cleaning, he wouldn't even open the door to talked to me. Google Maps says they're open until 5:00 pm, they are not. Here's an idea, if you run out of donuts, how about, I don't know, maybe making more??? It's 10:30 am on a Friday. I was not the only customer turned away, as another customer arrived at the same time I did. Businesses should meet the needs of their customers, not the other way around. I'll take my business elsewhere, one that does a better job of catering to its customers.

My favorite donut shop, the sibling duo is always friendly, positive and ready to greet customers. The donuts are fresh, yummy and they have a huge variety but get there early due to them selling out quickly.

Went in here for the first time today and the donuts were amazing! The fluffy maple was definitely a favorite. The guy at the register had a great attitude and it felt very welcoming inside. I will definitely be coming back.
